Rolling Stones’ ‘Blue And Lonesome’ Due Out December 2nd

After week-long teases, we finally have all of the details on the Rolling Stones’ new blues covers album.

Blue And Lonesome, a blues covers album, will come out December 2nd in four different formats:  Digital, CD, Vinyl and as a Deluxe Box Set, which includes print postcard photos from the album’s recording sessions and a special hardcover book. (Full track list available below.)

While most may not find anything unique about a covers album, Blue And Lonesome isn't certainly an exception, since it was recorded in just three days and with no overdubs.

Oh...and by coincidence, Eric Clapton makes an appearance on the album, because he happened to be recording in a studio next to the Stones at West London's British Grove Studios, and sometimes it truly is a small world after all.

The Stones released a preview of the album’s first track that can be listened to below and also includes a special 360 feature that highlights the cover of Blue And Lonesome.
