With Bush's next album, Black and White Rainbows, due out Friday (March 10), fans have been hearing plenty of the first single, "Mad Love."
With a lyric announcing that "I've still got mad love for you, babe," some are guessing that frontman Gavin Rossdale may be singing about ex-wife Gwen Stefani, who he split up with during 2015. But Rossdale tells us that would not be a correct assumption:
"I don't want it to always be the dark side, the darkness of things...I wanted to have something that, nothing beats making up. That's what that song is...To me it's the best make-up song I've ever written. I've said this a couple of times -- It's clearly not about me, completely, because that story (in the song) ends really good."

Black and White Rainbows is Bush's seventh studio album and follow-up to 2014's Man on the Run. The group begins a North American tour on May 4 that mixes headline dates with festival appearances.
