Tony Stark ends up turning into a real dad-like-mentor - and when Spider-Man disobeys "dad," he takes his suit away.
Iron Man takes Spider-Man under his wing, and so Peter Parker is attempting to find a balance between his life and wanting to be a super hero. The issue is, Tony does not think that Peter can do it on his own, and he thinks that Spider-Man should just be of the "Friendly Neighborhood" variety, and not shoot so high to be part of The Avengers.
We also get to see Michael Keaton in his evil role as Adrian Toomes, AKA "The Vulture."
