Does Muse have a new single coming soon? That appears to be the case according to a new teaser the British trio has posted on Twitter.
The nine-second clip shows the Muse members appearing to be preparing to shoot a video, concluding with the message "coming soon."
This follows a teaser video from the studio in March that promised fans a new song would be "coming soon," along with news that the group had actually already recorded three songs at Air Studios in London.
During the tour to promote 2015's Drones, in fact, drummer Dominic Howard shared with us that Muse had already begun marching towards a new album:
"I think we started thinking about what we're gonna do next as soon as the album was released in June. I think that happens really, really naturally. As far as timing and exactly...what that's gonna be, that's a little bit difficult to really pin down. But I think we've already just been talking about what it should be, where I can go and how we're gonna go about that...I could see us thinking about working on new stuff pretty soon."
Muse begins a short North American tour on May 20 in West Palm Beach, Fla. and will be among the headliners at this year's Lollapalooza Festival during the first weekend of August in Chicago.
