Brent Celek credits P&S with 90% of his success & picks favorite fan video

"That feeling we have in the locker room is real and it’s been real all season. We’ve worked our butts off to get here, but the fans and the home field advantage has been a big part of that. I can’t thank these fans enough for all the support they’ve given us. That does come down to us and we do feed off of that, we feel it every single time we’re in the Linc."

Hearing that message from any Eagle is powerful, but coming from an 11 year veteran adds an level of emotion for us lifelong fans. It doesn't stop there, listen to our full interview with TE Brent Celek:

Is it weird hearing congratulations when you know there’s one more to go? "It still feels good! But honestly, today starts preparation for the Patriots. We really gotta win this next one, this is the only thing that matters."

Honestly you can only enjoy it for two days. We win this Super Bowl, we can enjoy this forever.

As the longest tenured athlete in Philadelphia, how much of your success do you credit directly our long standing friendship?  "I have to give you guys a good portion…. 90%?" (We were happy with 10-15%, we'll take it!)

Do you have a favorite fan video: "[The subway guy] was funny but the funniest one is:

There are no more laws in Philadelphia

This is Philly in a nutshell."

A lot of people reaching out?  "Honestly after that game - all the [congratulatory] text messages – it took me two days to get back to everyone! I don’t have a problem telling people NO [for Super Bowl tickets], I’m 11 years in, I’ve done it."

We’re sitting where we want to be and we got one game against the BEST to be world champions. I know everyone in this locker room is excited.

Does the team have any superstitions? "Nah, but I think we like wearing Green Jerseys…."
