Prize: Non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash. WMMR reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value. Winners may not request prize substitution. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be claimed or used by any person other than the winner. Unless otherwise stated in the specific contest rules, winners must claim their prizes in person at the WMMR offices, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:30am to 5:45pm (excluding holidays and the day before a holiday) within 30 days after the end of the contest. Prizes not claimed within the 30-day period will be forfeited.

Winners (and their guests, if any) will be required to sign a form releasing WMMR and its affiliated companies from all liability in connection with the contest and the award and use of the prize before claiming the prize.

How to Enter for a Chance to Win
WMMR will announce the Going Green Song of the Day between 6am and 10:30am during The Preston & Steve Show each weekday from July 21, 2008 through August 8, 2008 – and what time later that day it will be played. When WMMR plays the Going Green Song of the Day, the 25th caller to 215-263-WMMR (9667) will win $1,000. MMR VIP’s can see each day’s Going Green Song of the Day Backstage at wmmr.com. Listeners can sign up to become an MMR VIP at wmmr.com.
NOTE: Only the specific Going Green Song of the Day, when played in its entirety from beginning to end, will be used to solicit contest calls. Snippets of songs played for advertising or promotional purposes and music beds that contain music from the Song of the Day WILL NOT count. Listeners should try to be the 25th caller at 215-263-WMMR (9667) as soon as they hear the Song of the Day begin to play. (If a listener accidentally calls when a song snippet or music bed is played, s/he will simply be informed of the error.)

Prize
$1,000. One prize will be awarded each weekday during the contest period (15 prizes total). Prize will be paid via Company Check and will require winners to provide their Social Security number in order to process the check.

How to Enter and Win a Qualifying Slot
MMR Listeners will have four ways to enter the Contest for a chance to win a Qualifying Slot in the 2008 Official MMR Mini Masters, a competitive miniature golf tournament to be held at Cavanaugh’s River Deck – 417 N Columbus Blvd., Philadelphia, PA 19123on Saturday , July 19 2008 at approximately 12:00 Noon. (Required registration will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon for )
(1) Listeners will have the opportunity to call in and win a Qualifying Slot weekdays from July 2, 2008 through July 17, 2008. Approximately 4 times each weekday (except Thursday and Friday, July 3rd and 4th) between 7am and 11:59pm, WMMR will solicit on air to “call to win” or to “text to win”. If Call to win is announced, the 25th caller to 215-263-WMMR (9667) will win the Qualifying Slot (subject to verification of eligibility). If Text to win is announced, a random texter from all text entries received to the shortcode 96671will be selected after 15 to 20 minutes of entries. Calls or texts will not be accepted at any other numbers. In the event of a dropped call, disconnect or other technical problem with the 25th caller, the next eligible caller will be determined the winner of a Qualifying Slot. Approximately 40 (total) callers and texters will be awarded a Qualifying Slot through this entry method. Online listeners to the WMMR web stream may experience a reception delay of up to one minute. Listening to the station’s over-the-air broadcast is the best way to participate in this contest entry method. Winner qualification is subject to FULL phone call completion, and the verification of the caller’s name, address, home phone number, work/cell phone number and social security number, all of which must be provided prior to completion of the call.
(2) MMR VIP’s will also have the opportunity to enter to win a Qualifying Slot from July 1, 2008 through July 14, 2008. MMR VIP members who have given WMMR permission to contact them will be sent an email on or about July 1, 2008, to the email address provided to us by said VIP member. MMR VIP members must log onto WMMR.com, enter the Backstage area (sign in required) and answer any applicable questions to enter. Approximately 32 MMR VIPs will be selected by random drawing from all entries received through this entry method, and notified by email or phone.
(3) Listeners will also have the opportunity to attend Official MMR Mini Masters Qualifying Events from July 7, 2008 through July 18, 2008. Dates and locations will be posted at wmmr.com, some restrictions apply (i.e., must be at least 21 to enter most bars). At each Qualifying Event, participants may enter the contest on site, which will involve games of skill. At the end of each Qualifying Event, 4 winners will be selected based on their performance in the contest on site and awarded a Qualifying Slot. There will be up to 6 Qualifying Events (up to 24 total qualifiers through this method).
(4) Listeners in attendance at the Mini Masters Tournament on July 19, 2008 will have the opportunity to Enter to win the final Qualifying Slots from 11am until 1:30pm on location at Cavanaugh’s River Deck – 417 N Columbus Blvd., Philadelphia, PA 19123. At least 12 listeners will be selected by random drawing at the Tournament to receive the final 12 Qualifying Slots (to reach a total of 108 finalists).
Listeners may enter more than one way, however only one Qualifying Spot may be awarded per person. Qualifying Slots are not transferable, unless otherwise decided by a WMMR Judge.
How to Enter and Win MMR’s Mini Masters
Each winner of a Qualifying Slot is a Finalist and is invited to participate in MMR’s Mini Masters Tournament at Cavanaugh’s River Deck– 417 N Columbus Blvd., Philadelphia, PA 19123 on Saturday, July 19, 2008. Each Finalists (other than the final 12 selected on-site) must register between 11am and 12:00Noon – any Finalist not registered between the times set forth shall be disqualified from competing in the Tournament and will forfeit any and all prizes associated with being a Finalist. No substitutions allowed unless arranged in advance with WMMR management, as permitted in WMMR’s sole discretion.
At or about 12:15pm, the Tournament will begin as such:
There will be 3 Opening Rounds of 9 holes. Each Opening Round will consist of 36 Players (4 on each hole) and a shotgun start. The Player with the LOWEST score in each Opening Round match will move on to the Final Round. (In the event of a tie in an Opening Round match - all players tied with the lowest score for THAT Opening Round will move on to the Final Round). The Final Round will consist of a Sudden Death Playoff between the Player(s) with the lowest score for THEIR Opening Round. So, there will be at a minimum 3 total players in the Final Round (1 from each of the Opening Rounds). The players with the LOWEST score at the end of the 1st hole in the Final Round will move on to the 2nd Sudden Death Playoff Hole. If only one player has the LOWEST score at the end of the 1st Sudden Death Playoff Hole, that player will be determined the winner, and the Playoff is over. In the event of a tie at the end of the 1st Sudden Death Playoff Hole, a second Sudden Death Playoff hole will be played, and so on, until only one player remains. The last remaining player will win the Grand Prize.

Qualifying Slot: Each winner of a Qualifying Slot is entitled to participate in MMR’s Mini Masters Tournament on Sunday, July 19, 2008 at Cavanaugh’s River Deck – 417 N Columbus Blvd., Philadelphia, PA 19123. This is non-transferable, except in WMMR’s sole discretion.

WMMR’s Preston & Steve’s Philly’s Hottest Contest Rules

How to Enter and Win:
Listeners will have the opportunity to enter by visiting WMMR.com at different times, throughout the year. Listen to 93.3 WMMR or visit wmmr.com for details periodically. Each entrant may submit digital photos of themselves, either by going to WMMR.com and clicking on the appropriate link or emailing them to Hottie@WMMR.com. Deadlines for submissions will be announced during weekday mornings on the Preston & Steve Show, or call 610-771-0933 and ask for someone in MMR Promotions for details. All entries must be received by the stated deadline. If chosen as a finalist, entrants will become one of the finalists posted on WMMR.com where the pictures will be voted on by MMR VIP’s (one vote per MMR VIP). The finalist with the most votes will be awarded the 1st place prize, the finalist with the second most votes will be awarded the 2nd place prize, and the finalist with the least votes will be awarded the 3rd place prize. By entering the contest, you grant WMMR a perpetual, royalty-free license to post your photo online and to use it for promotional purposes.

A winner will be disqualified if she or a member of her household has won a WMMR contest with a value over $25.00 within the previous 30 days. This contest is open to women only. A winner will be disqualified if he/she or a member of his/her household has won a WMMR contest with a value over $50.00 within the previous 60 days. Employees (including their immediate families and members of the same household) of Greater Media Philadelphia, its affiliates, promotion sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies who do business with WMMR or any of the promotion sponsors, and other radio Stations in WMMR’s ADI (as defined by Arbitron) are not eligible to participate in any contest presented by WMMR. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents and legal guardians, children and legal wards, grandparents, and grandchildren, including “in-laws.” One entry per person; multiple entries will disqualify the entrant.
Release
Winners agree to release and hold harmless the promotion sponsors, WMMR, Greater Boston Radio, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability and any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest and any prize won. Winners (and their guests, if any) will be required to sign a form releasing WMMR and its affiliated companies from all liability in connection with the contest and the award and use of the prize before claiming the prize.

WMMR undertakes no liability or responsibility, and makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the performance of the prize(s) awarded, for any failure to perform or negligent performance of any service provider, or for any other risk, incident or damage, direct or indirect, relating to or arising out of the contest, including (but not limited to) cancellations, postponements, delays or other scheduling changes; missed events or connections or inability of winner to attend; and accident, injury, death, damage or expense arising from or occurring during the use of the prize, or travel to/from or attendance at any event relating to the contest, by the winner and/or winner’s guest(s). WMMR is not responsible for damage to a prize or loss of a prize after the prize has been claimed. Winners must inspect their prizes before leaving the WMMR. WMMR is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failure or malfunctions, lost or unavailable network or other telecommunications connections, or lost, late, damaged, illegible, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, disconnected, or delayed contest entries or communications, whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this contest, or by any human error which may occur in the execution of this contest.
License
Entry into any contest constitutes full permission for WMMR and promotion sponsors and their respective affiliates to broadcast and/or to photograph or publish the participant's name, voice, recorded comments, biographical information, face and likeness without compensation.
Taxes
WMMR will report the total value of each prize to the IRS and will furnish winners with a federal Form 1099. Winners must provide their social security number to WMMR for tax reporting purposes, and are solely responsible for payment of all taxes incurred as a result of the award of a prize.
General
Failure to conform to all contest rules, or any fraud or other illegal or inappropriate conduct on the part of a contestant, will result in the contestant's disqualification and forfeiture of any prize won. WMMR reserves the right to rule ineligible listeners who, in WMMR’s sole judgment, engage in abusive conduct with respect to any contest or promotion conducted by WMMR or its affiliates. WMMR reserves the right to make changes in the contest rules at any time, which changes will become effective upon announcement. By taking part in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these rules and all decisions of the judges, who are employees of WMMR and whose decisions with respect to all aspects of the contest are final and binding. Copies of written contest rules and the list of winners are available during regular business hours at the WMMR studio, One Bala Plaza, Suite 424, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004.
As a condition to participating in this Contest, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and all causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania having competent jurisdiction, which court shall apply the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to the conflicts of law principles thereof. The entrant hereby waives any and all right to trial by jury. If any provision of these Official Rules is declared or found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, unenforceable or void, then such provision will be null and void but each other provision hereof not so affected will be enforced to the full extent permitted by applicable law.
