"If you have a passion and a desire and a talent to do more than one thing... especially in this day in age.. it's OK!"
That's the motivation Chris Jericho shares with rockers like Taylor Momsen, Jared Leto and Rob Zombie. Each of them have made an career in the TV/Movie entertainment world, and now they want to share their passion for music.
Did we mention that the music from his band Fozzy seriously rocks? Chris spoke with The Preston & Steve Show about where the band name came from, pouring his heart out on stage, being a meme and and MMA fighters using his finishing moves. Oh, and you gotta here his story about losing his phone while under gunfire during a tour visiting soldiers in Iraq.
It's obvious that music is Chris' number one passion, "when I first started wresting, I wanted to be the ultimate rock & roll front man in the ring - Paul Stanley, Freddie Mercury, Bruce Dickinson - I wanted to be the party host!" He learned from the best and over the years moved it from the ring to the stage. Because he wanted to!
"The only people that tell you you can't do something are the ones that have failed," advice from another successful businessman/musician, Paul Stanley that inspired Chris to follow his passion and hit the stage.
