Host: Preston Elliot, who has been in the biz for about fifteen years and worked at a number of stations, most notably at WDRE, Y100 and now WMMR. He is originally from the St. Louis area but has come to love Philadelphia as his home. Preston has a lovely wife named Rachelle and they have two great boys named Parker and Carter.
Co-Host and Comedian: Steve Morrison has been in the radio industry for over sixteen years doing everything from comedy commercial production for WDRE in New York and Philadelphia to working on morning shows at Q104, Y100 and now on WMMR. He is happy to have this job working with Preston, Casey, Kathy and Nick.
Executive Producer: Casey “Boy” Foster is a local boy, who went to Cardinal O'Hara High School and Ursinus College in Collegeville. After graduation, he fell right into the arms of radio and feels lucky to be a part of the Philly radio community. 8 years later, he’s here at WMMR, along with Preston & Steve, Kathy & Nick.
Producer and webmaster: Nick McIlwain joined the Preston & Steve show in 2004 after working for Pierre Robert at 'MMR for 3 years. He was born and raised in this area, graduated from Conestoga High School and Bucknell University, and now lives in Valley Forge with his wife and their rabbit, Carmela LaFawnduh.
Traffic, news, and female presence: Kathy Romano joined the show in 2003 after doing traffic for NBC-10 where she occasionally still fills in as a traffic reporter. She is also the in-arena host for the Philadelphia 76ers where she works side by side with WMMR’s night-time DJ, Matt Cord. Kathy is an excellent cook, a terrific dancer, and by far, the prettiest member of the show!
• Homer Simpson shouts “Rock and Roll!” – a popular sound clip that we often play when listeners call in.
• “Hoot Toot” – a local man describing the scene after several cars caught on fire in his neighborhood. As far as we can tell, he is actually saying “Hood, too”, but we prefer “Hoot Toot”.
• “It’s just that you look so nice today” – a line from one of our favorite classic 80’s movie, Just One Of The Guys
• “Gimme My Drink!” – a line Kathy Romano loves to yell, especially during our annual Kathy Gets Drunk show, when we discuss the dangers of drinking & driving.
• “Fire In The Hole” – a new Hot Sauce made by Linvilla Orchards, inspired by our Fire In the Hole Stunt, where we shot Intern Joe in the butt with hot Pepper Sauce.
• Gadzooks! – a saying Steve enjoys shouting while imitating JFK at the same time.
• “Miss America” theme – belted out by a very young girl. This makes us laugh.
• “Glaucoma” – a strange song dedicated to the worldwide plight of glaucoma
• “I Am Retarded” – another strange song we found that is self-explanatory
• “Big Dogs Running, Big Dogs Out” – a clip from a no-longer-in-existence TV show called The Firm where a lunatic shouted this nonsense.
• “Chrisagone and The Skull-Sealer” – another insane person who used this as part of his defense. He was on trial for keeping his frozen mother buried in his house.

• Sports Intro – we get very excited when Kathy gets to the sports section of the morning’s news; so we yell at the top of our lungs and play many sounds at once.
• Lost – our favorite show on television. Every time a new episode airs, we recap the latest details, story lines, and theories the next morning.
