Here is a step-by-step tutorial on how to make this jailhouse delicacy.

1. Pick your ingredients from the commissary

2. Smash the s**t outta them

3. The more carbs the better!

4. Add boiling hot water

5. Mix it real good

6. Wrap it in a towel and store it under your mattress (not pictured) until it’s cooked.

7. Mangia!
