UPDATE: Victor spoke to directly to Colleen today, read the full interview here.
Original Post: Thanks to our buddy, Victor Fiorillo for tipping us off to this little incident out side one of our favorite Philly venues.
The video below shows PHL 17 on-air talent Colleen Campbell (her image has been erased from the PHL website) outside of Helium Sunday night after the Craig Robinson show.
Comedian Wil Sylvince, who was also at the club that night, started recording after the woman was removed for being a disturbance in the audience. What she says next is shocking.
Attacking the police, spitting, threatening the employees with her sneaker and – worst of all – dropping the “do you know who I am?” line. We do now.
Wil’s first hand account of the incident:
About last night: this very obnoxious lady, who wasn’t drunk (nor high I think) was disturbing the show with her “loud whispering”. After 3 warnings and other customers were complaining she was asked to leave.
When she got kicked out she assaulted (kicking, punching, and eye poking) 3 of the employees in bar area right outside the showroom and then outside she mock spit in the mangers face when a cop came. She verbally abused this poor cop who was trying to keep the peace at first.
The show was great though! Love me some Philly! Thank you
