Metallica Calls on Fans To Join “Day of Service” Campaign
Metallica is harnessing the passion of metalheads to help out local communities.
The band just announced a new campaign called “Day of Service” in which they ask their fans to mobilize on Wednesday, May 23 and help out at local food banks located in the cities that were stops on their 2017 stadium tour. A list of participating food banks and shift times can be found at Metallica’s All Within My Hands foundation website.
As if helping out your community wasn’t enough, fans who sign up to volunteer will also receive a special All Within My Hands t-shirt. We’re sure it’ll be a great addition to all of the Metallica shirts you already have!
