Watch THE ROLLING STONES Duet with FLORENCE WELCH: Rolling Stone
The Rolling Stones brought out Florence Welch to duet with Mick Jagger on “Wild Horses” during the band’s London Stadium concert on Friday. The two singers delivered a passionate rendition of the song, with Jagger and Welch trading verses and holding hands during the performance.
Earlier in the night, Florence and the Machine had served as one of the Stones’ all-star opening acts of their No Filter Tour. Welch previously tweeted, “It is a huge honour to be playing with one of our biggest influences.”
DEF LEPPARD’s PHIL COLLEN Leaves Tour: Loudwire
Less than a week into their tour with Journey, Def Leppard will have to continue without guitarist Phil Collen. He left the tour due to a family emergency and no further details have been made available. Steve Brown from Trixter will be Collen’s stand-in, and he made his tour debut over the weekend in Hershey. Brown has actually toured with Def Leppard before, having filled in for Vivian Campbell in 2014 as the guitarist was battling Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
Def Leppard and Journey will be in Philadelphia on June 11th, when they play the Wells Fargo Center.
GUNS N’ ROSES Debut Previously Unreleased Video: WMMR.com
After being available exclusively on Apple Music, the previously unreleased Guns N’ Roses video for “It’s So Easy” is now available for all to see on YouTube. The video was shot in 1989 at the Cathouse, an infamous rock dance club founded by Faster Pussycat frontman Taime Downe. The video is decadent, to say the least, and definitely not safe for work.
The clip was released as part of GN’R’s big reissue of Appetite For Destruction, which is due out June 29th. The deluxe edition of the album will run you $999.
