MUSE Announce Next Album, Drop New Music Video: WMMR.com

After months of releasing a steady stream of singles with no album in sight, Muse have announced that their eighth studio album will be out in November. The band did not reveal the album’s title, nor the exact release date, but they did post a new song from the LP called “Something Human”. The video for the song takes the band on an intergalactic police chase involving werewolves. Singer Matt Bellamy comments: “Life on the road can bring out your inner beast, this song and video is about taming that beast, desiring a return to something human. Plus, Teen Wolf is cool.”

Memorabilia owned by late metal legend Ronnie James Dio is going to auction in September. Items in the auction span all points of the singer’s career, from his time in Rainbow, to Black Sabbath, to his solo career. Highlights include gold sales plaques, a personalized hooded robe, a pair of jeans, and an animatronic sphinx used as a stage prop on the Last in Line tour. The auction is taking place September 14th and 15th at Hard Rock Café in New York City, and you can also bid online.
