Our shelter is beyond capacity and we have been struggling for two weeks now to get dog population stable, but more dogs are coming in than we can get out and we need help spreading the word that we need adopters NOW. All dogs over 35 lbs. are pay-what-you-wish adoption fees. I am attaching our press release addressing our current situation and how we need the public to help. We’re playing with the Philly Special but our version is 4th down and 50(dogs)! The Main shelter is located on 111 W Hunting park Ave, Philadelphia PA 19140.
