Souffle Pancakes.

It’s the new food trend we’re drooling over.

The Connoisseur shared this fluffy phenomenon today while highlighting the Japanese-inspired style of preparation that is now available in more and more west coast eateries. Unfortunately those bougie cafes have week long waits to keep up with demand… which means the MUST be good!

 

Alas! Our food expert (aka Preston) found out that Souffle Pancakes can be made a home by simply folding meringue into you pancake batter. Here’s a video that explains how:
