With Tool headlining the Welcome to Rockville festival this weekend, another fan wrote, "If you are going to play new material, could you PLEASE release a single first so our first exposure to the album isn't sh-tty bootleg recordings? I know alot, if not most of us, don't have the willpower to not check out the bootlegs if there is new material."
