New Tool Album: Adam Jones Shares Potential New Music Via Instagram
Tool fans have been on new music watch for the past few months as more buzz around the band’s highly-anticipated follow-up to 2006’s 10,000 Days grows, and it looks like guitarist Adam Jones may have shared a clip of new music.
Jones shared the following video to his Instagram along with the caption, “*Getting ready for Sunday #TOOL #TOOLlive #Nomad #Bitesize #lovethenonhaters #WelcomeToRockvilleFestival #Rockville #RockvilleFestival2019 #RockvilleFestival #Jacksonville#Florida #America#MakingDreamsComeTrue#TheFastingIsOver #BG”
As expected, the comment section was filled with fans freaking out. One fan wrote, “There’s no emoji with hearts on the ears.” With Tool headlining the Welcome to Rockville festival this weekend, another fan wrote, “If you are going to play new material, could you PLEASE release a single first so our first exposure to the album isn’t sh-tty bootleg recordings? I know alot, if not most of us, don’t have the willpower to not check out the bootlegs if there is new material.”
Whatever happens when Tool takes to the Welcome to Rockville stage on May 5, fans the world over will be watching.
