The 35th anniversary of Pee-Wee’s Playhouse is next year, and Paul Reubens – Pee-Wee himself – is going on tour to celebrate.
Per the tour website, on each stop, there will be both a screening of the film and live behind-the-scenes stories from Reubens. The tour will begin on Valentine’s Day in Portland, Oregon, and will stop in 20 cities, including Philadelphia on March 27th.
You better believe that Caseyboy is working on getting Pee-Wee to drop by the studio.
Tickets for the event go on sale on Friday, December 13 at 10:00 a.m. There is also an opportunity for fans to buy VIP packages. Each one varies, and they are all named using famous lines from the movie, including the “I meant to do that!” and the “I know you are!” packages.
