Hershey Company spokesperson Jeff Beckman broke the dismal news to PennLive.com; "We have decided to retire the Kissmobile."
The explanation: “We made this decision out of safety for our employees and the public. It has become increasingly difficult to safely maintain the Kissmobiles due to their aging condition and the increasing difficulty in sourcing suitable replacement parts for these custom vehicles.”
So... how does WMMR go about inheriting one of the retired Kissmobiles? We could totally sup it up and add it to the fleet with Minerva and the MMaRmy vehicles. C'mon Hershey, please?!
