Smashing Pumpkins have a lot going on right now, and they have the countdown clocks to prove it.

The landing page on the band's official website currently contains not one, not two, but FIVE countdown clocks. The first one is slated to expire at midnight on August 28, and the remaining four have three weeks separating them. Each of them will expire at midnight on the following dates: September 18, October 9, October 30 and November 20.

Smashing Pumpkins already had a big 2020 ahead of them before the coronavirus pandemic. They announced plenty of tour dates, including a number of dates opening for Guns N' Roses on their North American stadium tour.

Billy Corgan also told The Tennessean in early February the band would be releasing a double album this year. Whether those countdown clocks have anything to do with new music, we'll just have to wait and see.
