Remember the guys in South Philly who rented a dumpster, turned it into a pool and sent city officials into a tizzy? They set all sorts of rules, laws that and ordinances to make sure it could never happen again.

That sucked, because it looked like a damn good time. **LIGHTBULB** Since our radio station is located just on the other side of City Avenue, we are out of their jurisdiction, which means we can have a dumpster pool and the city can’t do anything about it! (we love you Lower Merion Township.)
