Taking place October 16-18 via the YouTube channel of the National Independent Venue Association (NIVA), the entire festival will be made up of new performances emanating from indie venues across the United States. Foo Fighters will be performing their set from the legendary stage of The Troubadour in West Hollywood, Calif.

Other artists set to perform include Dave Matthews, Brittany Howard, Nathaniel Rateliff, Miley Cyrus, Macklemore, Jason Mraz, and many more.

Money raised from the festival will benefit the NIVA Emergency Relief Fund. Set dates and times have yet to be announced.
