The Offspring Release Cover of ‘Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)’
The Offspring are delivering some holiday cheer with a cover of “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home).”
Embedded below, the track doesn’t stray too far away from the song’s original arrangement, but with a classic like “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home),” you shouldn’t mess too much with the arrangement anyway.
In a statement on the song, frontman Dexter Holland said, “It just seemed like the world could use a nice holiday song right now. Hope you enjoy our take on ‘Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)’ – we tried not to wreck it!”
The Offspring’s cover is available for streaming and download here, while special edition 7″ vinyl pressings of the song are available for purchase at TheOffspring.com.
