For the second year in a row Chesterbrook, PA has been voted the best place to live in America.
The study is based on both user reviews and data from the U.S. Census Bureau, FBI, Bureau of Labor Statistics and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. They factor affordability, the local housing market, diversity, public schools into its rankings, NBC10 reports.
,PBJ.com adds that Chesterbrook received an A+ rating for its public schools, housing, jobs and health and fitness. Add in the median home value of $379,000, highly-ranked school districts and median household income of $130,000 plus the proximity to Valley Forge National Historical Park and the King Of Prussia Mall for the win.
Not to be skipped, Penn Wynne, PA on the Main Line was ranked #4 on the list.
