Entertainment Roundup

The Hellfire Club from Stranger Things is getting a merry and bright spin just in time for the holiday season.

Available at Merchoid.com is a Hellfire Club Christmas Sweater. The sweater comes in male and female cuts, with male sizes ranging from XS-XXXL (fitting chests of 32″-48″) and female sizes ranging from XS-XXXL (U.S. sizes 4-18.) Featured on the sweater is plenty of imagery from Stranger Things as well as plenty of Dungeons & Dragons dice.

This isn’t the first time the Hellfire Club shirt has inspired additional merch. Last month, Metallica partnered with Netflix for their own line of Hellfire Club shirts.

Of course, Metallica has been enjoying the love they received after their classic song “Master of Puppets” was used in the season four finale of Stranger Things. Following its use in Stranger Things, the track made its debut on the Billboard Hot 100 chart 36 years after its initial release.

Metallica went on to close out their headlining set at Lollapalooza on July 28 with “Master of Puppets” and projected Stranger Things character Eddie Munson performing the track on their onstage screens.

Joseph Quinn, the actor that plays Eddie Munson, said in a recent appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon of filming the “Master of Puppets” scene for Stranger Things, “It was kind of nerve-racking, but it was a weird point in the pandemic where no one had seen any live music for ages…I was nervous, but it was kind of like a rock concert, and I got to feel like a rock star for one night, and that was pretty great. That’s all I need.”
