A Florida woman was arrested after pointing a gun at a McDonald’s worker after arguing over a nonexistent menu item. A suspect faces multiple charges after climbing through the interrogation room ceiling in an attempt to escape.

A Customer Care measurement and consulting study showed that people are strongly dissatisfied with customer service care. Preston said he ordered a small drum kit, had pieces missing and the customer services wanted to order the correct pieces but was ghosted by the company. The gang prefers text customer service chat rather than calling as it’s easier to get in touch with someone.

She talks about her experience filming in Memphis, as well as her role and the research that went in to playing a controversial character.
[3:11:37] The Bizarre File. A Maine woman arrested after making fake threats at a Walmart claiming bomb threats, assaults. She was caught after she called 911 making bomb threats in her Uber. Man died after getting caught inside of a cement mixer. A skier who was trapped for 6 minutes under snow after an avalanche survived after his hand was seen outside of the snow.
[03:29:55] Hollywood Trash and Music News. Hollywood Vampire announced they’re releasing their first live album on June 2nd. Last year, fans were disappointed that Peter Gabriel was in the audience for the final Genisis gig but didn’t participate. After years of delays, a Keith Moon biopic is in the works, titled The Real Me. Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend will serve as executive producers, directed by Paul Whittington. Rick Allen of Def Leopard thanked fans for their support after he was assaulted outside a hotel last week.
