Greta Van Fleet has partnered with Founders Brewing Co. to create a new beer honoring their upcoming album, Starcatcher.
Per Founders, the GVF beer is an IPA aptly called Starcatcher Haze. Since Founders is a Michigan-based brewery in the band's home state, the beer will be available in Michigan and in 16 other states. The include Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, Wisconsin, West Virginia and Washington D.C.
Starcatcher Haze will also help raise money for a good cause. Founders says, "$1 for every pint or package sold of Starcatcher Haze will be donated to Freshwater Future up to $20,000! Freshwater Future helps protect the waters of the Great Lake regions and of course, the animals that live in these waters.
Complete details on the GVF beer can be found at FoundersBrewing.com.
Starcatcher comes out on July 21. The album is available for pre-save on major digital platforms here. Meanwhile, vinyl/CD editions of the album are available for pre-order here.
