According to IMDb, this new version is a "modern re-imagining of the beloved character, The Crow." However, this time around, the material is NOT based on the original; rather, the look of the character was inspired from the graphic novel by James O'Barr.

Coming in 2024, The Crow will fly again, this time starring Bill Skarsgård and FKA Twigs!

More than 30 years after the tragedy that happened during the Brandon Lee version, director Rupert Sanders will launch a brand-new version of the story. Read more on VanityFair.com:

The event, presented by Springfield Mitsubishi and Volkswagen of Springfield, was unlike any other that we’ve hosted. Our new home at Montage Mountain is a perfect fit. With one year under our belt, we were able to roll in for the sophomoric event and come out big! Shout out to the Montage Mountain staff as well as the entire MMR Team for working together to achieve the biggest and best Cardboard Classis we’ve even thrown.

But the stars of the show (just like every year) are the listeners! The creativity that we see on the tubing hill is unprecedented. From massive 30 person sleds, to beautifully crafted solo vessels, we’re constantly blown away. Seriously, how do you keep outdoing yourselves? The attention to details and the little Preston & Steve Show Easter Eggs in the designs are magnificent. There’s nothing else in the world like Preston & Steve’s Cardboard Classic.

A few of  the sleds we saw this year include: Blues Brothers complete with life size Bluesmobile (aka 1974 Dodge Monaco) with 6 cop cars following. A solo Kyle "Schwarbomber" Schwarber, Mario Cart, Barbiemobile, Simpsons' Duff Man, and a full scale ZZ Top Eliminator 1933 Ford Custom Coupe. That's just a taste of the amazingness that we saw... and none of those were even the top three! That is why you are here though, to see who walked away with the top prizes.
