Throwback: A Recap of Springsteen on Broadway in 2021

In honor of Bruce returning to the Streets of Philadelphia, here’s a recap of his show Springsteen on Broadway at The St. James Theatre from July 2021!

It was one of the most scintillating storyteller shows I’ve ever seen. We were lucky to catch one of the last shows on that run in NYC! Who can tell a story better than The Boss? That’s right - No one!

Based on his worldwide best-selling autobiography Born to Run, Springsteen on Broadway is a unique evening with Bruce, his guitar, a piano, and his very personal stories.

The show began previews on October 3rd, 2017 and the completely sold-out series of performances officially opened on October 12th. The show was extended three times after its initial eight-week run and closed on Broadway on December 15th, 2018.

Bruce returned to Broadway in 2021 to perform additional sold-out shows at the St. James Theatre.

It was an MMR Rocks Return of the Sinner USA Tour 2024! The show was on Sunday, March 24, 2024, at the Keswick Theatre in Glenside, PA.

KK’s Priest is a heavy metal band formed by former Judas Priest guitarist, K. K. Downing in 2020. Downing left Judas Priest in 2011. He did not perform live again until 2019 when he played at Bloodstock Open Air festival with former Manowar guitarist Ross the Boss.

In January 2020, Downing signed with Explorer1 Music Group. The following month, Downing announced a new band, KK’s Priest, with Mills, Owens and Binks and bassist Tony Newton.
