Wine Down Summer Festival Relocates to Red Bank

After more than a decade at RiverWinds, the Wine Down Summer Festival moves to Red Bank Battlefield Park in National Park, New Jersey. The two-day event takes place August 23-24, 2025, from noon until 5:00 pm.

Wine fans can sample drinks from twelve New Jersey wine makers at this Delaware River spot. Adults over 21 pay $20 to taste wines, while others enter at no cost.

"While RiverWinds has been a wonderful home to this event for over a decade, the event has grown beyond what that space can offer," as reported by New Jersey Stage.

Seven food stands will serve up tasty bites. CrawDaddy's brings their spicy Cajun cooking, while Meat Wagon BBQ offers smoky treats. Live music fans will be happy to know that 99 Reasons plays Saturday, with Right Turn at Forty taking over Sunday.

Fifteen sellers will set up shop with unique items. Amber Glow Bees will bring sweet honey products, Art of Olive Oil will provide fancy oils, and The Bacon Jams will serve up meat spreads.

Guests are advised to pack what they need, including chairs, tables, and shade tents. The spot offers amazing views of Philadelphia's buildings across the water.

Each winemaker sells bottles to drink there or take with you. Also, every wine taster gets to keep a special wine glass.
