The 2025 Philadelphia Film Festival promises to deliver big on its film screenings planned for this year's 34th anniversary event.

The festival, which will run from Oct. 16-26, will showcase more than 100 films during the 11-day event, according to PhillyVoice in their report about the Philadelphia Film Society. Additional festival programming will include red-carpet celebrations, filmmaker Q&As, and opportunities to attend networking and reception events. Movies will be screened at the Philadelphia Film Center, PFS East, and the Bourse.

Badges for multi-day admission are on sale now, with prices ranging from $75 for students to $1,500 for VIPs. The badges are 20% off throughout the remainder of July and will be 10% off in August. Badges enable individuals to receive priority admission to all film screenings, RSVP admission to all Centerpiece films, and exclusive benefits at the Festival Lounge.

PFS members can receive discounts for weekend or all-access passes. Individual tickets will be available for sale in October.

According to PhillyVoice, the PFS has not released its full film lineup, but festival organizers say they have identified films from the Berlin, Cannes, Sundance, and Toronto film festivals to include in Philadelphia. New films from up-and-coming filmmakers will also be screened during the festival.
