Rehoboth Beach Santa Bar Crawl
The Rehoboth Beach Santa Bar Crawl on Saturday, Dec. 6, will bring thousands across more than 20 bars and restaurants, with proceeds benefiting Toys for Tots and Tunnel to Towers, and toy or monetary donations encouraged. The event runs from 1 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and will begin on the boardwalk at Wilmington Avenue in Rehoboth Beach.
'National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation' Screening
Penn Cinema in Wilmington will host a Movies on Tap screening of National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation (1989) on Friday, Dec. 5, at 6:30 p.m. pairing the film with Dogfish Head beer and a charitable tie to the Food Bank of Delaware. Penn Cinema is at 401 S. Madison St. in Wilmington.
Newark Symphony Orchestra
The Newark Symphony Orchestra presents a holiday concert on Sunday, Dec. 7, at The Independence School in Pike Creek. Tickets are $20 to $25 and free for college students with valid ID. Access tickets are $2; members need to bring their Access or EBT card and ID to the box office to receive their ticket.
Brandywine Railroad
The Brandywine Railroad exhibit at the Brandywine Museum of Art in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania, will feature more than 1,000 pieces, including trains, across 2,000 feet of track. The display will run at the Brandywine Museum of Art, 1 Hoffmans Mill Road in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania, until Jan. 4. Tickets for general admission are $10 to $25 and free for ages 4 or younger and Brandywine Museum members.
