According to MyChesCo, the recruitment process includes a mandatory physical agility test scheduled for Sunday, March 8, at Widener University. Only candidates who pass the physical test will be permitted to advance to the written civil service exam on Friday, March 20, at the Chester City Hall's Community Room, 1 E. Fourth St. in Chester.
Applicants must be at least 21 years old by the written exam date and provide documentation, including work authorization, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license or passport. Additional documents are required for veterans' preference and Act 120 certification.
