Celebrity Chef Develops Pan-Asian Menu at Live! Casino

A partnership between celebrity chef Jet Tila and Live! Casino & Hotel will introduce about a dozen new pan-Asian dishes at Luk Fu in South Philadelphia, launching on May 12.

Jet Tila, renowned for Thai and pan-Asian cuisine and appearances on Food Network, brings decades of experience from Bangkok Market, Le Cordon Bleu Paris, and restaurants in Las Vegas and Southern California. He is a culinary Guinness World Records holder and has been nominated for an Emmy and a James Beard Award. 

According to a Philadelphia Inquirer report, the initial menu features Thai pineapple fried rice, tempura crunch roll with yuzu miso, tom yum soup, Jet's pad Thai, hamachi chili ponzu, sizzling Mongolian beef, and crispy tamarind-glazed prawns.
