OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

These rules apply to WMMR’s Pro Team Collision MMRBQ Yeti Cooler Contest (“Contest”) conducted by Beasley Media Group, LLC d/b/a WMMR (“Station”). In addition, the General Contest Rules posted at www.wmmr.com apply to this Contest. If there is a conflict between the General Contest Rules and the Rules for this Contest, the Rules for this Contest shall control.

1. HOW TO ENTER

The Contest will take place on Saturday, September 16, 2023.

To enter, visit the Pro Team Collision Promo Tent within the Freedom Mortgage Pavilion grounds (1 Harbor Blvd, Camden, NJ, 08103) on Saturday, Sept 16, 2023 beginning at 12:00pm Eastern Time (“ET”) and ending at 4:00pm ET to scan the designated MMRBQ Yeti Cooler Contest QR code with a mobile device to be sent to the online entry page or to use a designated Contest tablet. Entrant must complete and submit the online entry form on Saturday, Sept 16, 2023 beginning at 12:00pm ET and ending at 4:00pm ET (“Online Entry Period”). Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Station's Privacy Policy. Limit one (1) entry per eligible person during the Online Entry Period regardless if entrant has more than one email address. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Entries submitted may not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by the Contest administrator.

There will be up to a total of one (1) winner selected in the Contest.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

This Contest is open to all Station listeners who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry into the Contest, who are legal US residents and reside in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, except where prohibited by law. Winners must possess a valid, government-issued ID and show proof of residency to verify eligibility.

3. PRIZES

Up to one (1) Prize will be awarded. The Prize consists of Yeti Cooler Flip® 18 Soft Cooler. Approximate Retail Value of the Prize is $300.00.

The winner will be solely responsible for all taxes and all other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of the prize(s). The prize(s) is awarded as is. If a prize-related event is unable to take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption, postponement or unavailability, including for weather, or for any reason beyond control of the Station and/or prize provider, their sole responsibility to the winner(s) will be to award the remaining available elements of the prize(s) and no substitution or compensation will be provided for the unawarded element(s) of the prize(s). The Station and/or venue, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to deny entry to or to remove the winner(s) and/or guest(s) if either engages in disruptive behavior, does not follow Station and/or venue policy regarding COVID-19 guidelines, or in a manner with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the prize-related event. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in attending the prize-related event.

Prizes or prize certificates must be claimed at the ProTeam Collision Promo Tent located within the grounds of the Waterfront Music Pavilion at 1 Harbor Blvd, Camden, NJ, 08103 on Saturday, Sept 16, 2023, between 4:00pm ET and 5pm ET. Prize or prize certificate must be claimed within that time period. Failure to claim Prize by the specified time will result in forfeiture of the prize. It is the winner’s sole responsibility to claim the Prize or prize certificate within the timeline provided in these Official Rules.

4. SELECTION OF WINNERS

Up to one (1) winner will be selected at approximately 4:00pm ET on Saturday, Sept 16, 2023 in a Station-conducted random drawing from all eligible online entries received during the Online Entry Period. Potential Prize winner will be notified by phone and/or email promptly following the random drawing.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible online entries received during the Online Entry Period.

Entrants need not listen to the Station or be present to win.

Winner must confirm acceptance of prize within thirty (30) minutes of winning, or risk disqualification and selection of an alternate winner (time permitting) in a random drawing of all remaining eligible entries.

Decisions of Station management with respect to the Contest are final.

5. CONDITIONS

The Station reserves the right to end any contest or amend these rules upon announcement on air and by publication at wmmr.com.

For website contests: By use of the Station’s website and by entering this Contest, entrants agree to the Station’s Terms of Service Agreement and to the use of Personal Information as stated in the Privacy Policy located at wmmr.com.

Copies of the written Contest rules and a list of all winners are available during regular business hours at the main studio of the Station, One Bala Plaza, Suite 401, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004, or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Station.
