Yesterday, Jay Buchanan, lead vocalist of The Rival Sons called the WMMR studio to discuss their new album, The Great Western Valkyrie and a lot more. The new record is the best album of 2014, so far, hands down. Jay and I discussed the new record as well as Dave Beste’s impact on the band as the new member. Jay also shared his hardest life lessons learned being in the music business as well as some of the band’s greatest achievements.
