The night before his solo album Tenderness made its debut, Duff McKagan kicked off his tour in here in Philadelphia with Shooter Jennings (who produced the LP) at the TLA on South Street. Pierre Robert sat down with Duff and a few hours before the launch and we got to hear a couple of brand new songs, plus a moving cover that caught us by surprise… They also discussed why Duff wrote an album instead of a book, how Shooter got involved, sobriety, and how music unites us all.
