“Day of the Eagle” is off of the second solo album from Robin Trower after he left Procol Harum. The album is called Bridge of Sighs and was released a few months before this session at Sigma Sound Studios, which was broadcast live on MMR on November 21st, 1974. This is a high energy take that was only recently unearthed, and we bring it to you as today’s featured Live from the MMaRchives pick.
