Billy dropped a new album, What Normal Was, and was nice enough to talk to me about it. I asked him to describe the album, that was a tough one for him. He talks about the tech that went into this record and the throwback sound, in some cases, it has. I also asked him about working with Axl Rose on what would become the Chinese Democracy album. He gives an update on A Perfect Circle, and some bucket-list artists he’d love to work with…..just for starters.
