It’s another two for one again today on Talkin’ Rock. Guitarist Ross The Boss is up first followed by That Metal Show’s Don Jamieson rounding out the show.
Ross tells me about his new album called “Born Of Fire”, which drops on March 6th. We discuss the killer art work, the sound of the album and the song writing. He tells me about his busy 2020, playing with Ted Nugent’s drummer, Jason Hartless, the influence that Nugent had on him and a question from Don Jamieson that’s pretty funny. He tells me a scary stage story from the Manowar days and answers the question: would he ever play with them again? He talks about playing with K.K. Downing last year & highlights and regrets of his long career.
Don Jamieson’s latest album “Denim & Laughter” drops on Friday, February 21st. Did the guys from Saxon sign off on the title? He talks about rock cruises and how he recorded this latest album. We talk rock news which includes Ozzy, some of the funny rockers he knows and new music from classic artists. Don hosts his own music show, that we discuss that and his 2020 year. That’s just for starters with lots of things Don and I talked about.
