A man has been arrested multiple times for sniffing women’s butts in public. A Florida man is accused of beating an alligator with a golf club. A woman woke up to find a seagull flapping around in her living room. The gull had bird flu as well. The US Department of Health is investigating organ harvesting after organs were taken from people who may not have been dead. All that and more in the Bizarre File!
