In this year’s BIG super sphere bowl, The Who will be providing the half-time activity, so to celebrate this – we’ve provided a gallery (click to the right of this) of The Who and an audio clip of Pete Townshend performing “Pinball Wizard” in an MMaRchive Session.
The Who and WMMR have crossed paths numerous times through the many years that both the band and the radio station have been around and this is but a small sample of the extent that WMMR has played, interviewed, rocked live with and carried The Who banner!
