During the occastion of WMMR’s 40th birthday, Pierre Robert sat down with legendary DJ and MMR alum Gene Shay to discuss the history of some of the vintage station identifications (or IDs). Gene talks about how the “Laughing” ID is actually his daughter who was very young at the time and now she hears it with her own children.
