Rawle Andrews Jr., Esq., Executive Director the American Psychiatric Association Foundation discussed workplace mental health.

He discussed the APA’s Center for Workplace Mental Health that has created a initiative called Notice. Talk. Act.® At Work to encourage management to open the discussion of mental health and stress with their employees, to give mental health care the same priority as our physical well-being, and to learn how to recognize the signs of stress and burn-out.
