Brief Description:
BigGuyFlys was created in memory of Richard Hand, a local pilot. Richard noted a shortage of skilled employees for many important aerospace careers. He wanted to start this organization to try and raise awareness with children to the over 130 careers that aviation and aerospace has to offer. Unfortunately Richard passed aware from an aggressive form of cancer before he could see his dream brought to life. His wife, Kara, and their 6 children established this organization in his name and work hard to see his dream fulfilled.
