Billy McWilliams – Killed in a Hit and Run – GoFundMe

Billy McWilliams was hit and killed while riding a bike in Northeast Philadelphia. The crash happened in late July on the 3300 block of Woodhaven Road near Byberry Road, police said. The driver took off. The victim, 16-year-old William “Billy” McWilliams, was rushed to a nearby hospital where he died.
