The purpose of the “I AM” Youth Leadership Summit is to cultivate black and brown leaders starting with our future leaders of tomorrow. There is immense value in fostering these skills from a young age; we want to encourage students to be their best selves, lead boldly, and recognize the power in their leadership as a black and brown child. The “I AM” Youth Leadership Summit will bring cultural awareness and diverse experiences to ensure equitable representation is at the forefront for our young leaders. Our leaders of tomorrow deserve to be seen and affirmed in all spaces so they can thrive with confidence.
