Our Favorite Eagles Hype Guy Needs a Team — Support Tom Trampe

Tom Trampe is the guy a lot of Philly sports fans know as the “two years varsity” guy — the nickname came after he was interviewed by CBS News at an Eagles tailgate years ago, and it’s followed him ever since.

A few weeks ago, Tom had a sudden brain bleed and needed emergency brain surgery, and shortly after he was diagnosed with leukemia. He’s in the hospital now and starting a long road of treatment. Friends and family put together a GoFundMe just to help take some pressure off so his family can focus on his recovery and being together. He has an 8-year-old stepson and an almost 2-year-old daughter.
