2024 Mummers Museum Move-In

Here are some photos from Brittany and I’s Mummers Museum Move-In.

We moved her in! She’s a beauty. Your First Prize “JUNGLE EXOTICA” is now home!! It is inside The Mummers Museum and on display in The 2024 Winners Circle. Please feel free to take a photo with it when you visit. We also moved Brittany’s second-place winner “Goddess Isis: Reawakened” into its spot at the museum!

Momma & Poppa Bam Bam inspired Jungle Exotica alongside designers Russ Fama, Regal Costumes, and Del Buono Costumes, Inc. The backpiece was built by Hall Of Famer Scott Moyer with Music Mixed by DJ Eric Bartello. Makeup by Brittany Rotondo!! Thanks to my club, Golden Sunrise NYA – Fancy Division.

Goddess Isis: Reawakened

Brittany Rotondo took a 2nd Place Prize In the Handsome Costume Category with The Golden Sunrise NYA. Brittany has been a marshall in the Mummers Parade for 10 years in various divisions. This was her first year suiting up on Broad Street!
Brittany’s performance was dedicated to the Egyptian goddess, Isis. The most powerful female deity of ancient Egyptian mythology. She was the mother of the moon, magic, spells, and healing. Isis is said to be more clever than a million Gods. 2024’s performance is about honoring and embracing the sacred feminine and divine essence, standing in all her power.
