Meet Philadelphia’s Own Ryan Wade

Meet Philadelphia’s own Ryan Wade, MMR’s Local Shots Artist of the Month.

Ryan Wade is an American rock artist from South Jersey who has been touring for 18 straight years all over the East Coast. He's been a musician since the early age of 8 years old. He started out as a drummer, playing all through grade school and high school. He soon transitioned into his role as a front man and totally flourished. His command of the stage is admirable. Every performance is just as electric as the last. And he's not just a singer, he's a screamer!

Ryan produces his original music. He records all of the instruments himself. He is working to have a full-length album out soon. His personal catalog of songs continues to expand as he grows into this project. So far, the songs he has put out have been absolutely stellar. There's more to come.

Ryan also is the lead singer of the popular cover band GoodMan Fiske who have an original album of their own called Uncovered.

Ryan continues recording original music weekly and is working on releasing an album in 2024. We can't wait to see what he has in store for us!

Ryan Wade's voice here is every bit as grungey as we love to hear. It sounds so similar to Scott Stapp of Creed's tone and style. The instrumentation itself is heavy, driving, and full.

This is a bluesier tune than "Cold Blue Steel." It's that classic, high-powered rock and roll type of sound.
