Anthony Macri Won The Ray Tilley Classic for Sprint Cars At Selinsgrove Speedway this past Sunday evening, May 14th. That is his second consecutive win for this event.
Second place went to Danny Dietrich. Rico Abreu was third, with Tyler Ross and Justin Whittall rounding out the top five.
Selinsgrove Speedway is a 0.5-mile (0.80 km) high-banked clay oval south of Selinsgrove, PA, and is nicknamed The Fastest Hilf-Mile on the East coast.. The track was built in 1946 and has hosted a variety of racing series over the years, including the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series, the United States Auto Club (USAC) Silver Crown Series, and the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour.
Selinsgrove Speedway is one of the most popular dirt tracks in the United States and is known for its high-banked turns and close racing. The track has hosted some of the biggest names in racing, including Tony Stewart, Jeff Gordon, and Kasey Kahne.
